All packages ship to the address that was entered on feedmefightme.com. This is the address customers save as their shipping to location when the account is set up. Please note that if you use PayPal to pay, we do not use the address that you save/use in PayPal to ship your order(s).
Typically, your package should reach you within 5-7 days of placing an order.
We offer standard shipping options via several carriers at checkout.
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund.
Feed Me Fight Me reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to have it refused, cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
Return Policy [non-standard]
Free exchanges and free returns for store credit on every domestic order. The price of the return label for the returns to the payment method will be deducted from the refund.
- Feed Me Fight Me offers only (1) free shipping label for exchange/return for store credit per order
- Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of your purchase.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
- Items must be completely free of any pet hair
- Items must be free of any fragrance
- Items must be returned in their original bag with tags or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Mystery Bin and Mystery Shorts/Leggings/Bras are not eligible for returns/exchanges
- Returns must be issued through this return portal (unless international). Sending a package to our warehouse for return manually will incur a $7.95 handling fee to your return total.
Please be sure to double-check that the garment meets these requirements prior to returning them. If we are unable to qualify the return, it will be up to you to provide additional shipping to return the item or it will be discarded.
Belt orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
If you received free shipping with your original purchase and request a partial refund, you will be charged the amount of the original order's shipping cost if the total refund drops below our $100.00 free shipping policy. If you used a free shipping code and return your order, you will be charged the amount of the original shipping cost.
Feed Me Fight Me is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier. Feed Me Fight Me is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the mail carrier.
Shipping is non-refundable.
